Yes, it is completely safe. The EESystem has been extensively  researched for 30+ years by a host of medical, alternative, integrative  doctors and bio/quantum physicists. EESystem Research. 

We recommend at least 120 minutes (2-hours) to start your wellness  journey. Depending on your situation, we may recommend a longer duration. Overnight healing sessions are available. Large Groups or 'Party' sessions are available upon approval by Light Codes.  

The cells in your body are like batteries and need to be charged  to achieve optimal health and wellness. While in the energy field, your  cells will begin to increase their frequency (vibration) which starts to  detox the unhealthy cells. When our cells are functioning at maximum  health potential, they hold a charge of between 70-90 millivolts.  Disease, illness, aging occur when cells depreciate to levels below 70.  Chronic disease, illness and advanced aging occur when those same cells  are held at levels below 70 for an extended period of time.   

Wear comfy clothes, bring ear plugs, a pillow, enclosed water container, a blanket, a sleeping bag, personal eye covers, and your favorite stuffed animal.  We recommend falling asleep, prayer, meditation and doing the best to turn your body off to allow your body to heal. All electronics are safe in the healing field, including cell phones and pace makers, but we prefer you leave your phone outside the healing field (certain  exceptions can be made). Refrain from any fragrances, including cologne,  perfume, essential oils and smoke of any kind.   

No food is not permitted in the healing field. Water bottles that  seal and are quiet are welcome - no open fluid containers. We offer filtered water at all our locations that are free of charge to assist  your body in detoxing. We recommend drinking plenty of water to assist  in flushing out the toxins.     

Yes, dogs and cats benefit from the EESystem. Inquire before  bringing a pet - there are limitations to the number of animals we allow  during regular business hours. Prior arrangements are required for pet  sessions. 

Everyone. No matter what stage of life you are in, you can benefit  from the EESystem. We see pregnant mommas, new-born babies, 97yo  members and every age in between. The healing field is cumulative,  meaning, the longer you are in the healing field, the better the  results.  

We recommend drinking lots of purified water, a dead sea salt  detox bath or Ionic detox foot bath  after all EESystem sessions to assist in removing the toxins from the  body. Salt Bath mixes are available for purchase at the centers. Ionic foot detoxes are available onsite.

Ionic foot detox machines are a revolution in natural  medicine, utilizing negative ions and in  some cases positive ions to  bring the body back into balance, thereby  strengthening the immune  system, assisting with internal body cleanse,  and improving overall  health. The unique properties of negative ions in  the foot bath machine  cause water to be ionized and split into H+ and  OH– ions (and sometimes into H3O+ and H2O2 ions), which then enter the  body through the 4,000 large pores of the  feet while the foot detox  machine is in operation. The ions produced by  the ion foot detox  machine are transported throughout the body by the  circulatory and  lymphatic systems, neutralizing oppositely charged  toxins in the cells  that are normally slow to exit the body. The body’s  organs become  energized and stimulated to function optimally, allowing  the body to  better rid itself of these toxins through its normal  processes of  urination, defecation and perspiration.
